How do you decide who to follow, knowing that Tumblr apparently uses a formula that doesn’t show you all the posts the people you follow post (apparently it is the 10 most recent posts of all + posts from the last 100 people you followed)?

i follow <100 people. others i just check their blogs occasionally (esp if they post a lot and dominate my dash)
